Delete your account
You can delete your account from the app in a few taps. It's deleted 7 days later, and you can cancel any time before then.
In the app
- Open Settings.
- Under Your data, tap Delete my account, then Delete.
- We delete the account 7 days later. To change your mind, tap Cancel deletion in the same place before then.
If you still hold investments through us, or an order is still being processed, withdraw first. The app tells you what's left.
What we delete
Your profile, risk answers, goals, saved funds, funds imported from a CAS, lesson progress, chats with Ask, devices and sessions.
What we keep, and why
The law makes us keep some records for a set time, even after you delete your account: investor and KYC details, orders and transactions, the consents you gave, and any complaints and how we handled them. We keep them only for that purpose and delete them when the time is up.
Can't open the app?
Email sahihaimf.ai@gmail.com from the address on your account, with "Delete my account" in the subject.
